Eagle Eye School of Evangelization

This Spring, the School of Evangelization was not able to begin as was hoped, but one young person came to experience a little bit of what it would be like. She will be with us until July. This is what she says:

“For this is the will of God, your holiness.” 1 Thessalonians 4:3
I received this scripture verse from St. Therese of Lisieux on her feast day, just a month after moving down to the Community of St. John to participate in the Eagle Eye Institute.  It was a fresh breath of air.  I was quickly forgetting this simple truth, he desires my holiness.  He desires to love me and he desires that i love Him.  The Institute provides many different opportunities for growth in love:  Classes, mass, adoration, silent prayer, offices, work with the sisters, study groups, and community living.  He is teaching me how to be little, how to listen, how to pray, how to love, how to be His.  It is truly a blessing to spend 10 months in an environment that allows you to become His, i hope that even after i leave the institute i will continue to become more and more his but for now i am grateful to be able to participate in the Eagle Eye Institute and all of the beautiful opportunities that are available.
